Dear Alex,

Thank you for your quotation of July 1st for glass cups. We are pleased to order 10,000 glass cups. Please note that our packing requirements are as follows:

Each glass cup is packed in a PE bag first, and then in a thick and exquisite paper box, 10 boxes to a carton padded with foamed plastic. As to the shipping marks outside the carton, in addition to the gross, net weight and tare, the wording “MADE IN CHINA” is also stenciled on the package.
Please pack the goods strictly according to our requirements to avoid damage in transit.

Dear David,

In reply to your e-mail of August 31 inquiring about the packing of our pipelines, we wish to state as follows:

Our pipelines for export are packed in bundles, with two nylon handle strip for each bundles, 100 bundles to a pallet, and 200 pallets to a container. The packing could be strong enough to withstand rough handling and long distance ocean transportation.

We trust that you will agree to our opinion and accept our nude packing.
