信息技术应用能力存在的突出问题
不同年龄教师应用信息技术水平差异大：
年轻教师有一定应用技术操作水平，能够熟练运用的（40岁以下教师）约占40%，
40岁以上教师应用技术操作水平普遍不高，能熟练操作运用到教学的只占22%。
意愿不高：教师本身应用熟练程度不高，加上课堂教学任务重，关注教学质量较多、信息技术应用的效果不明显，大多数教师没有主观能动性，仅在上公开课时使用，平时很少应用。
多媒体功能使用单一： 65% 教师使用多媒体仅限于播放PPT、视频，实物投影，其它更多功能不会使用，甚至不了解。
教师基本情况：

46岁以上占75.6%，
36—?45岁占24.3%，
35岁以下占1.3%。

第一年目标
通过信息技术应用能力培训，让全体教师能够熟练使用演示文稿，80%的教师能够灵活掌握制作PPT课件的能力；青年教师能灵活组织、应用多媒体素材；能够根据教学需求，从网络中获取教学资源，有效筛选、整理及修改。
第二年目标
全体教师开展基于“?微课”?技术为主要载体的信息技术应用能力培训和课堂初步探索，40%的教师学会制作微课。
第三年目标
开展以“?微课”?为载体的课堂教学模式，总结“?微课”?在学情分析、教学设计、学法指导、学业评价等阶段的有效使用策略，指导90%教师会制作微课。搭建学校资源平台。

反思自己以往备课、授课的过程，还有很多方面需要 进一步学习弥补，如：在备课时、教学中没有合理地结合 学习实际，对教材的再创造更多的是对教材的复述，而缺 乏对教材要点的重新构思和巧妙安排，教学中所制作的课 件过于简单；在课堂中遇到未预设的情况，不能机智巧妙 应对；对学生的学业评价不够详细精确。
