Once upon a time, there was an old man named Nicholas who loved to help poor families . Once he helped three poor girls. He gave them three bags to let them can eat food. When Nicholas secretly gave a bag of box to one of the girls, he threw the gold out of the window and just fell into the stockings outside the wall, So after that, Nicholas put all the gold to help others into the stockings. Over time, people called the old man Santa Claus, and people gradually believed in Santa Claus
I think Christmas is a festival that will give everyone happiness. When I was a child, I would put stockings at the head of the bed. And the next day when I woke up , there were candy and gifts. Although now I know that it was put by my mother, but it let me had a colorful childhood
So in my opinion, the true meaning of Christmas is to spread love and warmth. If everyone try their best to spread love and warmth, our life will become very beautiful, and many people will see the light at the end of darkness
